These terms apply to every order placed on KitVault. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
KitVault's business registration (PFA/SRL) is in progress. Its registered name, address, CUI and Trade Register number will be published here before the first order is accepted.
Vintage shirts are pre-owned and one of a kind. Each product page describes the shirt, its season, size, condition and price. Condition is graded by hand: Excellent means little or no sign of wear — no holes, stains or cracked print. The stated condition is part of the description the shirt must match.
Prices are in RON and are final prices, including all taxes. Delivery costs are shown separately in your bag and at checkout before you pay. When a shirt is reduced, the struck-through price is the lowest price we charged for it in the 30 days before the reduction.
You place your order and pay on Stripe's secure checkout page; KitVault never sees or stores your card details. The contract is concluded when your payment is accepted. We then email you an order confirmation with the details of your purchase.
Delivery countries, costs and times are listed on Shipping & Returns. The shirt is at our risk until it is delivered to you.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name, receive the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here, the model withdrawal form on the same page, or any clear statement sent to hello@vintagefootballshirts.ro. When you use the withdrawal function on the site, we email you a confirmation of receipt straight away. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except for returns within Romania, which are free. On top of this legal right, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as described on Shipping & Returns.
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian law (OUG no. 140/2021, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771). If a shirt does not match its description or has a defect that was not disclosed, contact us: you're entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or a refund.
Send any complaint to hello@vintagefootballshirts.ro; we reply within one working day and aim to resolve it quickly. If we can't agree, you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or use an alternative dispute resolution entity (SAL).
These terms are available in English and Romanian; for consumers in Romania the Romanian version prevails. They are governed by Romanian law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country.
